Marble Circuit Deluxe

The game shipped direct from MindWare limiting Target's service options. Target was great, MindWare provided zero service for a mistake on their part. We received the game, gifted the game, then learned the marbles were not included. The recipient went directly to MindWare who stated they would not offer "replacement" parts without an order number. This is never something a gift recipient wants to obtain. However, feeling bad, we provided an order number, but return was still the only option given. MindWare would not even provide the marble size to allow for the game to be functional. Target attempted to assist and received the same response from MindWare. Based on this lack of any service on the part of MindWare, I won't be spending any more money with them again. Target still excels at service, but highly disappointed in MindWare.
