Q: How does the three way switch work? Just got this item and it is NOT a three way switch, only on and off…

A: We're sorry for the misunderstanding. This lamp doesn’t have a dimmer switch; it only has a basic on/off switch. This means it can't change brightness levels like a 3-way switch. The switch just turns the lamp on or off.

Q: Please clarify the shade dimensions. 12"height sounds correct but 6.75" round???? Seems very small vs the proportions of the overall lamp.
