I always trusted this brand and recently figured out that their formula used Magnesium Citrate VS Magnesium Glycinate which is more easily absorbed and not does not causes stomach issues due to Magnesium citrate being used as a laxative.

started giving these to my son and within a few days he was a little calmer, took his time to express himself, just over all demeaner improved. Only reason for 4/5 stars is because by the time you are at about 20 days into the bottle the vitamins become pretty hard. Today was the last one in the bottle and it was as hard as a rock, my son couldn't even chew it. The last few days i have had to cut them into pieces for him to just swallow.

My daughter LOVED these gummies. We had these on subscription and used them every single night. But they recently changed the formulation - just like they did with the organic multivitamins - and didn't notify customers. Now they taste and smell different. My daughter won't eat them. Even the texture is different. I'm so disappointed. I understand the need to reformulate and change things but at LEAST notify loyal customers of drastic changes like this, especially for kids vitamins.

We’ve noticed a big difference in our child’s sleep quality. The only downside is that the gummies are firm and could be a choking hazard unless your child can chew reliably

My kids used to take these without issue. And they really helped with sleep. We just got a new bottle and they looked different. The kids refuse to take them now. I compared an old bottle to these, and they’ve changed the recipe/formula. Very unfortunate! These were a must at bedtime. Back to square one.

My son is 7 yo, and lots of energy, and needs extra help so that he can focus in school, and over all center him a little more.
