We've purchased a few dozen if not over a hundred of these locks and they need to consistently be replaced due to them either eventually not locking or they have an issue where an internal pin seems to slip off and it no longer swivels so you can no longer twist it to close it, we have multiple locks ready to replace broken ones, unfortunately we buy them through a third party and are forced to just throw them away, we keep buying them because at this point our whole department and team members have been trained on its functionality and we have them everywhere but if a better brand offers the same functionality we would definitely invest in making that change.

I bought this product (on Amazon) and it last 30 days before we could not lock it anymore. I also bought 5 indoor padlock 4400EC to use outside in a dry place in may 2024 and 2 months later 2 of them can't lock also. But the software is great "Master-Lock Vault". I was able to manage more then 200 users easily. But the product just don't follow.
