It Works - Others Cause Allergic Reactions
This works very well with my skin. I have a dialated pore on my forehead and when I pick at it, sometimes it flares up and cases acne. This knocks it right out! I recently tried another brand that had the same ingredients listed, but that brand caused an allergic reaction for me, while this one has not. I will stick with up&up!

Watch out what you put on your skin
I bought this product for my acne, I’ve used other acids such as glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and other stuffs for my sling pro acne, and nothing has burned or damaged my skin, until now. I used this product for few days, and now my skin is really bad and burned, like if I was allergic to it. My recommendation is to watch out if you have a sensitive skin or you are allergic. I’ve had my skin in this way for 3 days!!

Moldy smell???
I've been using this product for over a decade with absolutely no issue. Got the new purple packaging and both tubes smell like mold??? I tried it and the smell goes away and I didn't have any adverse reactions, but I don't feel comfortable using this knowing it smells like mold! Maybe it's not actually mold, and maybe they just changed the formula, but either way, I'll be looking to another brand for benzoyl peroxide going forward. (Trying to move away from Target anyhow so this is perfect timing.)

Will bleach fabrics & eyebrows
I previously used La roche posay’s benzoyl peroxide until they voluntarily took it off the shelf with the recalls. This product works ok, but is not as effective to me. I have noticed more small breakouts since switching. This product is also terrible at bleaching fabric, I’ve used benzoyl peroxide for years and never had an issue. It took me forever to figure out what was causing the sudden bleaching on my clothes/towels and even lightening my eyebrows.

I bought this the other week and was presently surprised how well it worked. However, I used this product last night and did my normal morning routine before work. After the fact, I noticed that my face felt warm on one side this morning. Looking in the mirror, I saw these circles on my face where the product was applied. DO NOT use on sensitive skin! Pay the higher price for the lower percentage as I think I am having a bad reaction.

I’m 38. About 2 years ago I started getting random bad skin, which was new to me, I never had issues even in puberty! But, this was relentless! I don’t want to think about the literal thousands I spent on skincare, washes, etc. trying to clear it up, and NOTHING worked. I grabbed a bottle of this at $4, and after about 2 full weeks of doing 2 nights on, one night off, and LOTS of moisturizer, avoiding much of any exfoliating, and omg. The results speak for themselves. Use a barrier support moisturizer if you can help it, a super simple formula, it makes a difference.

Literally false advertising I have always used this brand which worked for years, needed more so seen the new packaging but it claims it's still the same ingredients!! False!!! When I applied it to my face it even smells different, woke up to chemical burn and itchy with more bumps. Never again‼️
