Missing the waterproof brownish black color....
Please bring back the waterproof full 'n soft brownish black color!!! I have used this for years and the brownish black seems to no longer be available. The black is just too harsh for those of us with lighter colored hair and features. So disappointed that I will most likely have to go look for another style or brand of mascara to get the brownish black color. I really like the soft feel of the full 'n soft mascara. So bummed!!!

This by far is THE BEST mascara for me!! Please don't ever discontinue this one!! Sad the brown was, as brown is a better color for my skin tone and eye color, the black is a little too bold these days. My eyelashes are thin short and barely there. But, this mascara gives me life!! I have tried may other ones and I ALWAYS come back to this one. It does wonders. It stays put and fills my lashes making it look like i have a lot and more. The brush is the best brush EVER!!! PLEASE NEVER DISCONTINUE, PLEASE BRING BACK THE BROWN!!!

I have been using this mascara since it first came out. The formula has changed now, and it sucks! It smells like chemicals and it's sticky. The tube doesn't last as long as it used to, and it gets dry and flaky now. I have purchased it several times recently because I thought it was a bad tube. Not the case, and a huge waste of money! I definintely will NOT be purchasing it anymore!

Formula change is unusable
I’ve used this for years but like many others, the formula change has caused me to have red itchy irritation on the corners of my eyes and my eyelashes are falling out. So disappointed.

New Formula is Terrible
This used to be such an amazing mascara — it was lightweight feeling and clump free. I’ve been using it for a decade. However, they’ve clearly changed the formula and now it is terrible! A new tube only lasts me a couple of weeks and then suddenly dries out. It clumps and flakes now! I am so disappointed in Maybelline and will be switching to a different brand altogether. They’re going to lose many loyal customers because of this formula change.
