These capsules helped alleviate my leg cramps at night. Though not totally obliterated, they greatly reduced the incidence of these painful cramps. I'm very grateful to you for manufacturing such a great product that actually works. It didn't take long for me to see the effects.

Shipping is terrible.
I think my photo is self explanatory. Please put a little more effort into the shipping when it’s glass products. No bubble wrap, no paper to keep from glass items banging into each other and breaking. I do not recommend buying from target. Chances are you’ll get it like this.

My dentist recommended Mega Food
My dentist recommended Mega Food Magnesium capsules and so far, so good. Two capsules taken 1/2hr before bed usually puts me to sleep naturally. I am trying to get off of Ambien and down to just 2. 5mg tablet. I only sleep 5hrs but it is better than tossing and turning ALL night. The formula does make my "morning business" runny but not unbearable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the main benefits I have noticed from taking these supplements is handling stress better. I have also noticed less muscle fatigue. As for helping me sleep, their effectiveness seems to depend on when I take them. I have not yet decided if it is better to take them during the day for stress benefits or after work to help more with sleep. Either way I feel like they are having a positive effect on my life. I would definitely recommend trying these to anyone looking for help with stress and “winding down” to a good nights sleep.
