Q: Is the protective cover waterproof? The insert in the packaging with my pillow says the cover is machine washable but the insert spot clean only. Can the entire pillow be machine washed without damage?

So bummed about this pillow because of course I bought 2, so I spent $70 on pillows that created neck issues & I can’t return them now. Hasn’t been a full year & I’m already looking to replace them. Where you lay on them- they go flat, and it pushes the rest of the foam away from your neck & head.

I bought this pillow a year ago (memory foam & down alternative) and loved it immediately. It had that "just right" feel to me. Not too firm, not too soft. But, will it last? So far so good! It might be a tiny bit flatter but it fluffs up fine before bedtime. I am buying another one for the other side of the bed and will rotate so they both last a long time. I checked UPC code to be sure getting the exact same one. I am curious to compare side by side when I get the new one. If I can update this review I will. Side sleeper fwiw. Have tried many pillows over the years and mostly disappointing. I had a Clariton one that I liked a lot but it was discontinued and eventually it wore out. I think a great pillow is secret to good nights sleep.

By far the worst pillow I have ever used. I have horrible neck pain and back pain after using for a few days. I already have neck issues from my career so this just made it worse. Definitely do not recommend for any type of sleeper.

I have had this pillow for a year and I absolutely love it. It still has great shape and support all this time later. My only issue is I wish the outer cover were waterproof. If for example, one of your pets pees on it, and it soaks through so the insert has to be washed, I don't think I will ever be convinced that this pillow will be fully dry. It has been tumbling in the dryer for hours and hours and I'm pretty sure I'm just going to have to throw it away and buy a new one because the middle is still wet. I will absolutely buy this pillow again if that is the case, but I will also be buying a waterproof cover to protect the insert better.

I've become a raging insomniac over the past few years and have spent far too much money, trying to find a bed and pillow that works for me. Usually one or the other is OK, but the combination isn't. I found a great bed but an even decent pillow has been elusive. This is EXACTLY what I wanted. Firm, yet as soft and supportive as it needs to be for laying on back or sides. I chose this over another $140 pillow… and it’s probably the best pillow I’ve ever tried. I’m a side sleeper and this provided enough support so that my head doesn’t sink in too much, but is also soft and cushiony enough so my head/neck isn’t forced up as I sleep. It softly cradles whatever position my neck/head ends up in. Highly recommend this pillow, it has helped my sleep so much!

We really like this pillow. We’ve always been on the hunt for comfortable firm pillow that didn’t hurt our neck, this one does the trick! It’s firm, but not too firm. It gives our neck enough support while our neck muscle still feeling natural when lying on it. We are both side and back sleepers and this pillow works for any of our sleeping positions. It’s also reasonably priced. I highly recommend this!
