Received a used, rusted product. The wheels were dirty/clearly used. The image uploaded it after I wiped them down with lysol. There is a bizarre strong smell to it. I was hoping to use this for my laundry but am not comfortable putting my clothes onto a rusty product. I already assembled it and am regretting not returning it.

I can see how some people wouldn’t like this, but I have absolutely loved mine! It fits just perfect between my bathroom door and my shower so as long as the door is open no one even notices that it’s there! I don’t really roll it around like I thought I would but it is nice that it does for when I’m cleaning. I’ve got the tall basket on top for my clothes and the small basket on the bottom for my whites & towels. The tall basket was so tall that it made it hard to throw stuff in there. I don’t really use the top hanging rack, other that to maybe put my empty hangers on when I get dressed in the bathroom. It’s not tall enough to be practical for anything else - not even sure baby clothes would fit comfortably on there. That really is my only complaint - that the top bar should be higher!!

The idea it great. I was super excited about this one! But…no. Wheels barely move & you feel like something is wrong-but they’re installed right and they’re not locked-which was my first thought. I can barely glide them over tile or hardwood floors-and they leave Marks. All metal is super thin. Can’t imagine it will hold up long. Food for thought-I’d pay $100 for one that was good thick metal, bigger wheels, looser movement for the wheels. Etc. Just missed the mark.

This laundry cart and rack is a good value for the price. Pay attention to the dimensions. It is smaller than others I found, reaching only to my chin, and I am 5’5”. I haven’t found this to be a problem. When I take the top basket off, I can hang shirts just fine. Even my husband’s size L t-shirts and sweatshirts don’t bunch up very much on the support shelf. I can also leave the basket in place and just tuck the shirt tails inside it as I hang things up. An advantage of the shorter bar height is that I can hang clothes up from a sitting position which I couldn’t do if it were more than 5 feet high. The small basket holds a full size comforter or a medium sized load of clothes. The large basket holds a queen size quilt with room to spare or a large load of laundry. The biggest draw back for me is that it is not easy to push, especially if there is nothing in the bottom basket. The wheels roll ok, but one of them doesn’t swivel well. The rack is lightweight and easily tips over if there is no added weight on the bottom. The rack was easy to put together. My 8 year old did a lot of it for me. I did accidentally put the middle support shelf on upside down but it was easy to take it apart and fix that. All the hardware and tools were included with 1 extra screw just in case. It is a bright white with no rust or scratches that I saw. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of it not being easy to roll, but overall I am very happy with it. It has made to much easier for me to get my clothes hung up and put away.

This basket/laundry rack is multi use! I used it in my closet to store my towels and wash rags. We are limited on space under the counter and works great for this purpose. Great size and narrow! It is a little flimsy and I wouldn’t roll it around or use for heavier clothes items.

Picture makes it look like it’s a big size, it’s super small and short, flimsy, and the wheels aren’t smooth. If you plan on leaving it in one place then sure it’s ok it will do but if you plan on moving it a lot it’s not the greatest.

The photos advetised make it look like it is a nice, larger than what it is, size. My fault for not looking at dimensions. It will work for my childrens clothes but too small for adult clothing in my opinion. I do not see it lasting very long though.

Love all the Brightroom products, really good quality and style for low cost! This is perfect for hang-drying items in my laundry room and using the baskets for kitchen towels and cleaning supplies. I only wish it was taller, when hang drying tops and pants, they bunch at the bottom. I wish I was able to get another set of those middle bars to increase the height!
