A: You rinse it out. I use it a couple of times a week, but only leave it in for about 15 min.

But some things to keep in mind with any product that may contribute to yellowing of gray hair: water quality - investing in a good quality shower filter can help protect against minerals in the water (like iron) that can contribute to yellowing, Sun exposure - frequent sun exposure can affect discoloration of one's hair, Excessive heat styling, and Product Build - periodically clarifying and detoxing can be helpful. Dry Hair Be Gone
Revived my hair in one use. I like this product more than my Olaplex hydration mask. It was dry and brittle before but this deep conditioner will definitely be a staple this winter to keep my strands hydrated and strong.

Great for my 4a/b fine high porosity hair that can get soooo dry and break. Used with a heat cap after I clarified my hair properly - my curls were absolutely popppig and so soft!

Nice and rich. It's isn't very thick but has nice slip for my 4b 4c hair. I apply it in sections and it helps with detangling. I've bought this consistently.

Dont buy..
Dried out my hair and had to condition with tgin triple moisture to salvage. So sad what’s happening to previously good things for us.

The best conditioning treatment ever!
I just bought this today because I bleached my hair a couple months back and it's been so tangled and the breakage is insane. I haven't had success with a lot of conditioners I've tried from other brands (Usually ithey leave my hair heat and greasy feeling) so I was hesitant but I was so pleasantly surprised after I washed out the treatment to find that my hair was so soft and smells heavenly! It's like I went to the salon. The part I've been most excited about is it is so hydrating is got rid of the visibility of a lot of my split ends.

Avoid!
I have been buying this product for years. It used to be thick and had to be scooped. Now it is watery and can be poured. It used to have a lot of slip and was great for detangling. Now it over done with mint to the point of burning my scalp and dries out my hair instead of moisturizing it. I just threw out a brand new jar because the effect were so bad my hair felt brittle afterwards. Will never buy again.

Great result but not a very pleasant smell
This is amazing. Made my 2A type hair kinda straighter and not to mention how silky my hair has become. However, the only complaint I have is the mint smell. While I understand it’s normal for it to smell like mint considering it contains mint, but then my hair smells like a toothpaste. I hate reeking strong like a toothpaste. Also, please fix your website for mobile compatibility. Some pages lag and often don’t load.

A Good Deep Conditioner
Bought this product a month ago and love it! It really moisturizes and brings out the best on my curls. I have short 4C bleached hair and it works perfectly on it! It works better if you use a cap or heat the conditioner in the microwave for ~15 seconds. A hair washing tip that I use: use regular conditioner first, shampoo, then use deep conditioner.
