A: Unfortunately, no. This product is for natural kinky to coarse texture hair used as styler to manipulate into two-strand twists, braidouts, bantu knots. If you would like spiral curls, I would suggest using perm rods or some sort of rollers and using a setting lotion. Brands that have mousse or setting lotions to set a curl (you can air dry over night or sit under a dryer) would be the following: Shea Moisture, Curls Unleashed, Texture My Way, Bed Head, Cantu, Aphogee, Carol's Daughter, Creme of Nature, Design Essentials, Jane Carter Solution, Mielle Organics, Lotta Body, to name a few. My favorites is Carol's Daughter, Cantu, Jane Carter Solution and Shea Moisture. I would love to try Mielle Organics and The Mane Choice. If Camille Rose made or makes one I am sure I would LOVE it. Camille Rose Naturals is my favorite Natural Textured Hair line. I hope that helps.

My daughter loves this Camille Rose Almond Jai Twisting Butter - 80z She has VERY long thick VERY curly hair. After her shower she puts in Camille Rose Almond Jai Twisting Butter, smooths and twists it in for the most gorgeous curls that last all day.
Definitely designed for type four hair not the best for a type three.

Ladies! This twisting butter is just that, a twisting butter. If you’re a girl like me, who has 3B/3C hair and you want something moisturizing and to hold the curl shape, do not get this product. It’s an amazing product. I gave it to my mom who has 4B/4C hair And she loves it. It works so much better for her, but it is a very heavy product for someone with fine hair, and that is 3b/3c. this is not gonna work well for you it’s gonna be entirely too heavy and your curls may not even form just because the product is weighing them down so much. If you’re a girl with type four hair get this product, it’s beautiful, it was made for you actually. but if you’re a girl with type three hair or have fine hair, this may not be the product for you. But I do like this brand a lot so I’ll say that.

Has a great elk to it , I love it for my kids hair which is a 3c LOW porosity hair type . Curls get very dry easily and this product seems to keep it moisturized. I will say my hair is more of a 3a high - normal porosity hair type and this product is WAY too heavy for me . Even though I wanted to love it it just didn’t work for me, at least I can still use it I’m my kids 👌🏽

I've only used it once for a twist out using the LOC method. I'm going to try again with gel next time. I think it came out alright for the first time. My hair is still soft and that's important to me. But I'm missing the shine.

I use this product on dry hair as a moisturizer. I use about every other day but it can be used daily. My hair always feels so soft after and it’s not so heavy on my hair either. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 stars is because the fragrance is strong and lingers. It’s not a terrible smell but it’s not the best.

Love the hold it has on my curls all day, doesn't make my hair crunchy and it has a nice sweet cupcake smell to it. Only con for me is that sometimes it can leave a little product build up on your scalp, so just make sure to shampoo and deep condition your hair!

i love this! i have fine 2a hair and bought this to define my waves and condition my dry hair at the same time. i use this on wet/damp hair as a gel and on dry hair to revive my waves and lock my style in place before braiding my hair. it doesn’t leave any crunchiness or residue and it doesn’t weigh my hair down in any way. i think this is a great versatile product that can work on any hair type, although i would be cautious if you have hair that’s prone to being over moisturized because the ingredients are very nourishing. also - i absolutely love the scent! i know all camille rose products come with heavy fragrance and while that may not be some people’s thing, it’s a huge plus for me. i love sweet gourmand fragrances and this is no exception. i anticipate this jar lasting me a very long time but i will definitely repurchase when the time comes!
