Give Cain a raise!
I don’t know how to review the interaction as opposed to the item but I order 3 gallons of milk at a time at least twice a week for my preemie baby and have dealt with Cain, specifically more times than I can count. That guy is always cheerful, warm, funny and is great at his job. So much so that I look forward to our funny interactions. I suspect that he’s the type that tries to do anything that he does with the best of his ability. Not often does a specific individual stand out during these types of orders or interactions but he surely has. Give this guy a raise, promotion or gift card! :) Thanks a bunch Cain!

Extremely upset
Came to us a week expired. Our child got sick and threw up. We will be pursuing further action. We were told by a manager that sometimes the employees “don’t do their jobs” and that “sometimes things fall through the cracks” The other manager, Kayla, wanted us as the consumer to give her a solution for them selling expired milk. She then hung up on me. We will be pursuing further action as it is illegal to sell product past its expiration date, and a week later is extremely past its date. Their solution is to give us a gift card. That does not help my sick child, or advert the discomfort she felt. We want to trust our stores to sell us groceries that won’t harm us. We are extremely disappointed and will be pursuing further action against the managers like Kayla as well.
