Rough material. CHEAP elastic. Cannot get the wrinkles out.

I opened and washed these and, short of ironing them, I cannot get the wrinkles out. They look and feel terrible. The fabric is very cheap and rough and I'll be lucky to get the elastic to last 2 months. If I could get a refund, I would. They are not worth the price at all. The color is also more of a gray/green, than a green.
