A: Hello, the monitor connects to the camera via 2.4 GHz FHSS connection technology. Bluetooth and network connections are not supported.

A: Hello, the operating range for BM01 is 960ft (line of sight, no obstructions). The camera can only be connected to the monitor, and cannot connected to the phone.

We got this through our registry. Set up was very easy and it was simple to use, perfect! Then only 3 weeks after our son was born the handheld monitor went out. We tried charging it with multiple cables and outlets but the charging indicator never stayed on past a blue flicker. Tried to reach out to brand but they were unhelpful. Thankfully target accepted it for a refund.
