I feel like I have seen the difference in my hair and nails plus my skin feels amazing and getting my body ready for a baby. Very good value for your buck.

I’ll keep taking them for a little longer. They are easy to swallow and they don’t have an after taste!

It does have a little taste if you don’t drink water soon enough, but it’s bearable. I am pleased to see these vitamins include both iron and magnesium because many brands I looked at previously had 1 or the other, rarely both. These would get 5 stars if DHA was included as well. I recently got off my birth control to see if it would help with my hair loss and to try for baby #4 my ob recommended for me to start a prenatal vitamin to help my hair and my body be ready for baby #4 (#teamboy) anyways. So I was looking for a really clean good prenatal and was going to go get these whe I received an email about them and trying them for free !!! And I’m so glad I was able to try these I have already used a whole bottle this past month and absolutely love how my hair is feeling and not falling out !! And I feel my body will be ready for baby #4.

These are larger (for me) capsules, but I was able to get them down fairly easily - with minimal gagging. So that's a definite plus. I gave 3 stars because I don't feel a difference in anything, but I assume it's providing me with good nutrients.
