Q: Hello, is the truck supposed to go without the remote control? Once I turn on the truck and the remote the truck takes off without the remote being used. There is no way to stop the truck besides turning it off.

Q: Cat doesn’t seem to hold a charge. Will run for 2 seconds then stop. We have charged it. The remote batteries have been changed as well. When the truck stops the remote beeps. Any advice? Bought this not even a month ago.

Q: How do you open the controller to put then batteries in?

A: Hello Mel, Thank you for reaching out! To remove the cover on your controller and add batteries, you will need a small screwdriver. Use the small screwdriver to remove the battery door on the back of your controller. Place 2 AAA batteries inside. Got it for my son's birthday, and he only got to play with it a couple of brief times before the brand new batteries died within minutes.. Now it is broken, and even with new batteries, it will not work, and the controller starts beeping and flashing. Do not waste your money on this RC junk of a toy!

I bought this for my 5-year-old's birthday, and he had an absolute blast with it for about two weeks. Unfortunately, the wheels on the left side stopped working shortly after, and now it's unusable. Very disappointed, especially given how much he loved it at first. I expected better durability for a toy at this price.

Based on the number of web comments and our experience this toy needs some work. After about 10 minutes on wheels on one side would work. Now the next morning the remote is funny too. No replacement parts and now my kids favorite birthday present doesn’t work. This truck is cheap in quality and does t hold up to even minimal play.

Faster than I expected. Runs great in the grass and over dirt piles. Tires are foam with a rubber center strip so watch running it over stones the foam will chip. Haven't tried it in water yet. The boy is very excited to build a track.
