tongs don't push to lock
I ordered these tongs specifically because it said the locking mechanism is "push to lock, pull to open". These work the same as all the rest - pull to lock and push to open. I find my tongs often pop open in the drawer when they get shifted around and the lock gets bumped or pushed. This often causes the tongs to block the drawer from opening. Disappointed - same old design.

The price was so good i was concerned that maybe they would junk or have some flaw but I'm grateful to say that these are really great. they can open really wide so i can use them for bigger items but they also have a good grip. They seem well made and easy to clean so i cant imagine i will need to buy them again but maybe ill buy another pair some time for gift.
