I was feeling pretty crappy with flu like symptoms, took this one day and night and the next day I felt like myself again. No drowsiness, or weird “off” feeling. The packaging for this was easy to open and every was well sealed. Next time you feel something coming on, go grab a pack of this. Worth it!

One thing I will acknowledge is the colors are weird. I feel like the day time should be white and the night time should be read. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these are effective, but I do prefer an all in one with the typical mucinex ingredient guaifenesin at least during the day, which are an expectorant. This package has a cough suppressant in both the am and pm which can be helpful if you need to work or be out in public, but I definitely prefer to get the junk out during the day and be able to sleep at night with the suppressant. Given the mucinex branding, I’d expect that ingredient but I have noticed more products from them without it. The box comes with 12 daytime caplets and 8 night time caplets for a total of 20. It lists ages 12 plus, and the symptoms it shows to relieve are body aches, fever, sore throat, cough, runny nose, itchy throat, sneezing, headache, minor pains. Each caplet contains 325 mg of acetaminophen for 650 total per 2 pills. For me personally, that’s a little high but depending on how you feel, this is still pretty moderate as 2 500 mg pills of acetaminophen is a standard amount for some people. The antihistamine in the night time caplet helps with a lot of the symptoms like sneezing, runny nose and overall cold symptoms but also helps you sleep. This is my first time trying this one vs diphenhydramine or doxlaymine but overall it is less sedating and wears off sooner so you don’t feel groggy the next day. Overall these worked really well but I would like to see some more benefits in the daytime caplet aside from cough suppression and acetaminophen. A non-drowsy antihistamine, expectorant or decongestant are all things I typically look for in an all in one.

There isn't a scent and the packaging is slick snd clean . You are getting such a good value and the texture is the same like any other pill . Definitely buying again
