Robitussin Honey Severe Cough, Sore Throat, & Flu Max Day Syrup is suitable for adults and children 12 years and over. The recommended dosage 20 ml every four hours. Adults should not take more than six doses in any 24-hour period. It is not intended for use in children under 12 years of age. This day time syrup is gluten-free and contains no artificial colors.

Q: Does this product contain alcohol & is it safe while pregnant ?
A: Dear Lizz, please note that Robitussin Daytime Severe Cough, Flu and Sore Throat does not contain alcohol (ethanol) as an ingredient. While Robitussin and its primary ingredients, dextromethorphan and guaifenesin, are generally considered safe for use during pregnancy, it's always best to consult your healthcare provider.
