It’s was alright. Not sure how to get my money back but for sure didn’t work as great as I had hoped or claims to. Had the same amount of decongestant as all the other over counter meds.

Bought this once for my husband, then today for myself as we have had really bad sinus problems. Worked wonders for both of us. My pain has been so bad for the past week that I have had little to no sleep each night. It did cause a bunch of drowsiness that I did not realize was from the medicine until after about 6 hours when I was wide awake again. Definitely what I am taking to sleep well tonight!! That is not a deal breaker for me!!

My very fit marathon running husband ended up in urgent care due to the phenylephrine in this. The doctors compared it to a "bad trip". He's never had anxiety and this really turned him into a different person over the course of taking this medication with the proper dosage. Very scary!

I love this product because it does what it says! IT WORKS! With that said the foil packaging to get the darn thing open is a real pain! It's ridiculously sharp like a razor blade on the edges exactly where your supposed to open it!..Whoever designed these caplet foils needs to be fired! The product works but its like torture getting it open..

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product. I got sick with the flu that had me unable to breathe. I purchased this thinking it was going to give me just the slightest relief. I felt event worse after I took it. I tried again to see if maybe I wasn’t giving it a chance but again nothing changed, on top of it all it was very expensive in my opinion. Not worth buying at all, save your money and drink a tea with lemon!

First-time user and I was not impressed. It did absolutely nothing for me. For the price being so much more expensive than the other choices, I assumed it would be amazing. Big waste of money. I would NOT recommend it. Advil snius congestion and pain has worked the best.
