I enjoyed the ritual of having Mud/Wtr daily, but not enough to continue at that price point. The top of the can was almost impossible to remove, so once I got it off I substituted something else for the top. The enclosed blender was helpful to mix the powder with water (I already had one I bought previously), though if it sat for a few minutes, the Mud/Wtr sunk to the bottom of my mug and it became mud. A little stirring helped mix it. It tasted ok; I used soy milk to add to the Mud/Wtr mix. It was satisfying as I had usually had it between a late breakfast and early dinner.

I have epilepsy and terrible sleep problems. I rely on coffee WAY too much, so I thought I'd give this a try. It took three attempts but I found the right preparation for me: 60% milk, 30% water, 10% half-and-half, drop of vanilla. I froth the dairy before I put it in. It tastes like chai hot chocolate with a tiny bit of dirt thrown in. NO sweetener (I'm diabetic) but the hot dairy froth adds a tiny hint of sweetness to it. NOW i'm liking it!

I was skeptical at first but I decided to give it a try and I gotta say this stuff is amazing! Definitely not the greatest taste with straight water but the effects are phenomenal! I have not felt this good in a very long time. Highly recommend this product!

It originally took a bit to get used to the taste,but you have to remember its not coffee. Now i look forward to my morning fix and dont miss coffee. I purchased mudwtr for the health benefits with digestion as I have had an issue lately ,but the pain in my shoulders has disappeared also. I cut at least six cords of wood a year and would been in extreme pain after each time I cut. Now I've filled the woodshed already because I'm literally pain free.

I purchased the night mud water version. I followed the directions on the can, I added some heavy cream, and mixed it with the frothing tool. This tastes like actual mud water/dirt! It’s gritty and hard to get down. It does help with sleeping but only if you can tolerate drinking it! Yuk!
