A: The box suggests one or two bags a day. They’re delicious! They also do not contain Fenugreek so I guess you could eat as much as you like.

Love these my milk supply was going down and I bought these only been eating one pack a day for past 3 days and I went from pumping half oz to 1oz to pumping 4 oz in 10mins the cookies they are little dry but they taste pretty good
