The taste is much more tolerable than the other teas and supplements out there. I also like that you have control of how much sugar you add. I put one tea bag in a 24 oz bottle of water and let it steep on the counter (or in fridge if the next day was hot). This was the most effective way to get the most out of the teabag, in my opinion. I absolutely saw an increase in supply when I used this

I’m not sure this made much of a difference in my supply. I think it may have increased it slightly, but not by too much. I enjoyed the flavor though, it has a nice berry aroma that’s not too overwhelming. The biodegradable sachet is move as well. It comes in 12 sachets that supposedly make 36 cups. I was drinking 3 cups (1 sachet) a day. I felt like by the 3rd use, there wasn’t much tea being absorbed in the water.

I got this for free for my honest review this is great when it hot or cold it taste amazing I love the flavor and how it really wakes me off gives great nutrients in my breast milk for my baby gives them enough energy throughout the day until their tired greatest tea ever and I love to see in flavors I love definitely recommend to mothers who breastfeed their child.

Love this tea! The taste of it was so much better than I had expected and it really helped increase my milk supply when I needed it the most! I now have some in my cabinet at all times for anytime that I need a boost! I love it best as iced tea, definitely would recommend this if you’re in need of an increase in milk supply.

Great lactation tea!
I received this item in exchange for my honest feedback. This tea is great both iced or hot. I found that I liked it iced the best and the berry flavor is definitely subtle, not too sweet! I did not need to add any sugar to it at all. I also really appreciated that this product was caffeine free. I loved it having fenugreek as well. As far as it helping with production, I could definitely tell a difference!

The berry tea is really good
I really enjoyed this tea ,it helped in a major way with my breastmilk with my daughter it was dwindling fast because of latch issues and this berry flavor saved the day . It taste pretty good as well can't go wrong with it , drink it steaming it taste the best

was given this product free for an honest review. Loved both hot and cold. Has a nice berry flavor. I did not need any sweetener to go with it. I did not notice an increase in milk production after drinking one cup a day for 10 days, during week 3 postpartum, however, I had an over supply of milk to begin with. Regardless, with the increased fluid needs while breastfeeding, this is a nice addition into my drink options .

I’m not a tea drinker but I enjoyed this tea. It has a nice flavor and aroma. I added a little bit of honey and it’s great. It works well too. I’ve seen an Increase in my supply. I’d recommend it!!
