Munchkin Simple Clean Straw Cup

It’s the perfect size (10oz/296ml) for little hands and holds just the right amount of liquid. The cup is truly spill-proof, which makes it ideal for use at home or on the go. Made from BPA-free material, it feels sturdy and safe. The straw opens up for easy cleaning, which is a huge plus for busy parents. My 2-year-old really liked it, and it quickly became his favorite cup. Overall, it’s durable, easy to clean, and reliable—highly recommended for kids 12 months and older.

This is a great toddler cup. We were struggling to get our son to hold a cup when he was a baby. We bought multiple sippy cups and straw cups. I didn’t like any of the straw cups except for this one because of the design of the straw and it seemed easy to clean. Finally he held this one and drank on his own. We’ve used them for about 7 months until the slit of the straw opening disintegrated. I didn’t expect them to last very long because my toddler chewed the straw often. They are easy to clean and use. It was indeed spill proof until the straw opening fell apart. Recently the straw split open a few times in the bottle when the cup was thrown or knocked to the floor. When that happened, my toddler would tilt the cup and drink from it like it was open. Overall I think this is great compared to other straw cups in the market. I purchased some replacements today.

The straw part is easy to clean as advertised, but there are ridges and crevices in the straw and lid that are not easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Munchkin 10oz Simple Clean Straw Cup for a while now, and overall, it’s been a pretty solid choice. I really like how easy it is to take apart and clean. It just has three simple pieces: the straw, the lid, and the cup. The soft straw is gentle on my toddler’s mouth, and the 10oz size is just right it’s not too big, not too small. That said, it’s not totally spill proof like I hoped. If it gets tipped over or dropped, it can definitely leak a bit. The lid also has a tendency to pop off if it’s handled too roughly, and sometimes the straw comes loose, which can be annoying. For everyday use at home, it works great, but I wouldn’t rely on it as much when we’re out and about or on the go.

It is such a great feature that it can be tucked away so I don’t have to worry of it getting dirty after he uses it. It is predominantly leak-proof which is amazing for a very active toddler. One downside for me is that the straw in the inside is kinda falling apart but is still usable. Overall a great product for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m absolutely in love with this bottle. Whoever had the idea to create this at Munchkin definitely had parents and kids in mind. It’s so easy for my son to use but it’s also spill proof once you bend the straw. You can take apart the straw and wash the cup properly without worrying about anything sticking inside chefs kiss. If your child is also throwing a tantrum and just feels like throwing the cup you don’t have to worry about it breaking or spilling.

I like that the straw is easy clean, HOWEVER, the straws do not stay intact long and my kids get frustrated that they are unable to drink

Yes, it is way better than others in the market, so the mess is much less. Also, make sure you close the straw back up after washing as it can lose suction easily. But washing is the best since I’m you can open the straw and get it real clean.

I love that straw is super easy to fold and realse. It doesn't leak unless you are shaking the cup upside down uncontrollably.
