We’ve been using this since my son was 6 months old. He’s almost 3 now. Nothing else works for him, especially in the winter. It’s expensive but it’s the only thing that gives him relief.

This is anything but “intense” or “eczema relief.” My baby doesn’t even have really dry skin and her eczema is quite mild. It’s not even moisturizing enough to be used as a normal moisturizer. In fact, I prefer their basic moisturizer Hydra Bebe over this one.

I’m an adult who has severe ezcema (most severe on the legs and thighs) for the last 10 years or so, and Stelatopia Intense is the only lotion that can calm my itchiness. It’s medium thick and absorbs well into my skin after shower. In the morning, I can even apply it to dry skin and don’t feel the stickiness. A tube lasts me only 2 weeks (applied twice a day), so I hope Mustela will come out with a larger version in the near future.

Mustela retired and replaced Stelatopia balm with this new product. My son used the old Stelatopia balm for years to treat his eczema and it worked like a wonder. This new product is so thin and watery. It does not work. We are very disappointed. Don’t waste your money.

It seemed to help somewhat but he still had some patches that had to be addressed with prescription strength creams. His case was more severe though so I think that this would be a great product for those with mild to moderate cases.

My 2 kids experience flare-ups from time to time so I just rub the cream on their skin frequently and it stops them from scratching and helps the skin from becoming more inflamed. It isn't sticky and it's moisturizing. It is made of natural ingredients, unscented, and devoid of the usual nasties like parabens, phthalate, etc. Win-win for the skin.

We've been very happy with the Vanicream but decided to give this a shot and have been very happy with it. It's thick and does a good job keeping the moisture in his skin. We will likely alternate use.

I got this, used it for a couple weeks, and my little guy’s eczema is clearing up! He also isn’t itching as much, so I love that! I like that there isn’t much of a smell to it, and it has a nice smooth texture. It’s super easy to apply and clearly does its job.

I noticed once I had treated the area I immediately saw a difference in his happiness! I then tried it on a small patch I have, and it was seriously instant relief from itching. Within a few days that patch all but disappeared.

I apply it right after his shower. I wait a few minutes and put on his pajamas. The smell is mild. it has a texture that is easy to spread on the skin. It has greatly improved my son's skin. I'm loving the result of daily use. I recommend. I applied it to my elbows which were unusually dry and it helped a lot. Improved skin texture and well hydrated.
