Dry and flaky scalp
I bought this because my 4 m.o has cradle cap. After the first use I notice that his scalp was even more dry and flaky. Used it 2 more times after that and we saw the same result. we also noticed that he has been scratching head constantly after using this product. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Do not recommend
I bought this as I thought it would be a necessary to help prevent cradle cap. As another reviewer mentioned, I agree to the fact I feel like this shampoo actually caused my baby to get cradle cap and dried out his scalp. After using this shampoo, I noticed that his scalp was dry and started to flake and the back of his need broke out in a really bad rash. I think the residue of this product dripping down on my baby caused a whole allergic reaction and he broke out. Baby now suffering from dry scalp, skin and rashes. Do not buy this product! I do agree his hair felt soft and clean but it's not worth the aftermath. I didn't see lumps of hair falling out but I do feel like it thinned it out compared to when he was first born as he is only 6 weeks old.

We've been using this shampoo for about a month now and it got rid of my baby's cradle cap almost completely. I wish it came with the little bristle brush because it definietly would make lathering much easier and it would ensure that your getting down to the scalp especially if your baby has a lot of hair! I've tried purchasing the brush separately but it's been out of stock. Shampoo has a subtle light smell.

Hair lost!
Do NOT use!!! I used this shampoo with my first daughter and she lost her hair after using this. I thought it was normal since babies lose hair, but now I started using it with my second child and he started losing hair the next day.

Must have!
We tried multiple washes for my son’s cradle cap and this stuff worked WONDERS. We follow the instructions and used a rubber scrubber and within 2 baths his dry scalp was done. This is a must have for bath time now!!
