I Love this cleansing water, easy to keep my baby's skin clean and smelling good.

Horrible, was recommended for acne even comes with a note on the product good for acne tested by dermatologist. As soon as I put it on my baby his acne reappeared and worsened! I had just cleared his acne however heard it was good for after eating to wipe the baby’s face and/or neck. Going to return, super upset, and waste of money

Used to be an OG in our house for the past two years, but unfortunately, they changed their formula and the fragrance is overpowering and irritating

I’ve bought this cleansing water several times, starting when my daughter was only a couple months old with little baby acne for which it worked wonders. However, as of December 2025, the water has an awful strong pepper smell (smells like pepper spray!). It is so bad that I thought something was terribly wrong with the bottle I received so I contacted Mustela. The only response I got was that they just recently changed formulas. Shame on Mustela for taking what was once such a wonderful product with a light and refreshing scent and turning it into something I wouldn’t even let near my baby let alone put it on her delicate skin. Please spend your money on a product from another company that cares about their customers!

Packaging was amazing. Target sealed the item and also placed an additional clear back with a zip tie to avoid any leaks. Amazing

I bought this realizing I bought the wrong one, it’s good for those nights he falls asleep before we get home and I need to quick wipe him down but not something I’ll reach for

I bought this product to hopefully help my newborn with the baby acne all over her poor face as it was recommended on many forums - but after only 2 uses we have decided it won’t work for us because of how strong the fragrance in it is. This is very disappointing because it is widely known that baby skin is highly susceptible to irritation with fragrances in products. Sad to see a product that is designed to help baby skin has such a strong (or any) fragrance/parfum added. We will be returning or using for adults.

I bought this product to help my newborn with the severe infant acne on her face because many forums recommended it. I have only used it twice on her face and am probably going to stop because of the strong fragrance in it. Products made for helping baby skin just shouldn’t contain fragrance as it is a widely known irritant. This saddens me as I was hopeful for the product.

Started using this product a year ago and it was terrific. Loved the smell and the kids did too. I’ve recently bought and sent back the times due to the smell. Thought at first it was a fluke but after the third time realized they must have changed the fragrance. Very disappointed and will unfortunately not be buying any further.

Great for in between baths. Helped clear baby’s drool rash.

My baby has been using this product since he was a newborn. This does not irritate his skin. And keep his butt nice and clean. I personally like it because it makes cleaning stools super easy. I spray on the wipe and clean his bottom. It's worth having it for a regular cleaning product.

This was the first item I bought from Mustela for my newborn. Great for the days in between bath days and the scent is light and smells amazing. Good for sensitive skin as well. She's 1 now and I still love it.

The scent is so strong that I don’t use it. Would not recommend.

Have used for all our littles. It does have a scent but it's pretty subtle and not offensive at all. washes great. perfect fit sensitive skin

I bought this for my baby 1 month old, he started with baby acne and it was getting worse. it was a big change for him, it clears his face in 2-3 days. I was scared because baby skin are so fragile and delicate and maybe he can have a reaction with this product, but no. I loved it

They changed the scent and no it smells so strong like perfume!! Will not buy again! Bring back the original scent!

I bought this after recommendations to help clear baby acne. At best, it did not help for my baby, at worst, it made his acne worse. It made his skin more greasy after use. I wanted to like this and for it to work, but it ended up being a waste.

Gentle and hydrating but heavily fragranced and didn’t help with baby acne. I wish there was a fragrance free option. I would not repurchase

This was missing on the package that i ordered from target. target was quick and very easy they sent it to me so quick with no problem!! and this is very good product i love it. will recommend it 💯 everytime!!
