As it has a pump top, you just pushed down on the top and it dispenses. I definitely would recommend this product for people that want a great natural shampoo.

I do find it to clean the hair well and it has a delicious scent, but I do find that my hair feels a little bit rougher than it normally would after using some of my other shampoos so I don’t always grab for it.

I found that if my hair was greasy, it did not do a good job in cleaning it, and even trapped the grease in, making my hair greasier quicker after a wash. Did nothing for volume, and made my hair shiny but not in a good way. I think the formulas ingredients were too moisturizing for my thin hair. Probably better with textures or thicker hair
