    Heavy on Hair

    I love Native and have been trying to switch to cleaner ingredients in my products, so when it came to switching shampoo, I was excited to try this. I have a dry, flaky scalp and have tried basically everything under the sun. I also have thick hair and usually don't have a problem with products feeling heavy. This shampoo made a noticeable difference—and not in a good way! It never felt like it rinsed out all the way, and would leave my hair looking greasy, like I didn't shower at all. I also didn't notice a difference in moisture. It's a shame, because this smells lovely, so I used the rest for shaving.

    There's better options than this

    The shampoo dries out in the pump between uses, leaving a gummy shampoo “booger” I have to clear every day. I can’t describe what it smells like, but I can tell you there’s not even a hint of the coconut or vanilla it’s supposed to smell like. As for using the shampoo… not only is one pump not enough to clean fine, shoulder-length hair, but then this shampoo has the audacity to be difficult to rinse out! I have the matching conditioner, and it’s just as disappointing as the shampoo. I’m close to just throwing this out, instead of using it up. Two stars because I do like the pump, I just don’t like the product inside it :(

    Coconut & Vanilla Moisturizing Shampoo

    While I like the daily shampoo, this particular scent was not available in that format. Moisturizing shampoo was/is the ONLY option. It leaves my hair with almost a stiffness, even though I rinse extremely well. So, it only gets a 4-Star in my review.
