Can't test the product if we can't get the pump open
Rating is based on packaging. 15 minutes of effort on the part of me and my daughter plus consulting two tik-tok tutorials from others who had the same struggle and still couldn’t get the pump to pop open. No conditioner is worth this much effort. Back it goes.

Love this scent

The shampoo and conditioner definitely took the cake! I need this scent in a body wash asap. It made my hair so soft and easy to detangle and the scent lingered in my hair after each wash

Over powering smell
The scent is horrid and so overpowering. I dread using it because my entire shower then just reeks. I have to use far more conditioner to have the same benefit as my previous brand. I will never buy this again.

Doesn't weigh hair down
Like the shampoo the scent is amazing. I have fine hair but a lot of it and this doesn’t weight my hair down. My hair is really soft after. Clean ingredients too!

Works great, smells great but not for me

This leaves my hair baby cheek soft and VERY moisturized. The square package makes it very easy to use every last drop and leave no conditioner behind. I love the shine this adds to my damaged hair even though I only use it once a week.

Excellent conditioner, but questioning the volume
This is an excellent conditioner, but I'm questioning the amount of volume it achieves. the scent is wonderful (probably one of my favorites from the Native lineup), and the consistency is great. My hair is fine and thin, however, so I feel like most conditioners weigh it down more than anything. I'm sure those with thicker hair won't experience this problem, but fore me, I don't see volume. Just well-conditioned hair.

I love that Native doesn’t formulate their shampoos and conditioners with silicone. I have very fine, straight hair, and silicones just flatten my hair right out. The scent is nice and light, but I love anything with vanilla so I wouldn’t have minded a stronger scent. And this is a large bottle of conditioner that will last a long time. Great value for the price!
