I love this shampoo my hair falls out a lot less than with other shampoos and it actually feels clean

I have used Dove hair care products since I was 8 years old, I am 49 now, and I have not been happy with it for years. Tried many other products and still not happy. I was given a Christmas bonus and I knew I wanted to try this product, but could never afford, but with the bonus I was able to purchase the Shampoo and Conditioner. The first time I used it I told my husband my hair hasn't been this soft in years. I could brush through it wet without tangles, it dried nice, and stayed soft until my next wash. It is more expensive than what I am used to, but will spend the extra money now for this great product.

I originally got it at a chain store, I needed shampoo. In high school biology they taught me my skin is a semi permeable membrane and much of what you put on your skin ends up in your bloodstream. Macrobiotics says the same. So I try to be aware whats in the substances I put on my skin. This hits the bases for me. Basic ingredients clearly listed. I also like how it feels and smells.

i used native the other day and it felt like it left a wax coating on my hair. it made my hair stick to my head.

I've been using salon hair care for over 3 years now. We decided to switch for something more natural and cost efficient. I cannot tell a difference in the strength of my hair PLUS my hair is more moisturized using Native.

Use other Native products and all feel clean using it. Then hair feels so good after styled. I use the Yuka app to check products based on safe ingredients. Native comes out good and excellent! My new go-to for hair and face care.

Had a travel version of this and liked it so much we bought the full size. Full size was lacking and feels like washing residue out of your hair. Even multiple washings, it never feels clean.

I bought this shampoo in store based on the ingredients listed on the bottle and the scent description on the bottle as well (coconut & vanilla). Come to find out that it contains scent oils from a fruit I am highly allergic to which causes a severe allergic reaction. This was a terrible experience and it took me a while to even figure out that the shampoo was the cause due to the vague description even on this website. I am highly disappointed and lucky I have safety measures at home to help in situations like these.

I’ve been using this shampoo for about a year and it’ a lifesaver. My hair is shoulder length and mixed wavy/curly, a lot of shampoos I tried over the years dried out my hair and made it too “fluffy”. I’m not a huge fan of conditioner, so the moisturizing aspect of this product is great for my needs. After I wash my hair I wrap it in a towel/shirt for a few minutes and it looks great. Highly recommend that anyone gives it a shot.

This has a nice light scent, leaves hair with a clean feeling. Not heavy at all.

I love the coconut and vanilla! I have fine, curly hair and it works wonders for it. It does not weigh my hair down. It provides adequate amount of moisture and shine to my hair, and the smell is divine! Customer for life.

I wanted to try a new shampoo and this caught my eye. I bought both the shampoo and conditioner. The first time I used it everything was fine and I loved how it smelled. The second time I washed my hair, a huge chunk of my hair came out!! I threw it in the trash as soon as I got out of the shower. I’ve never had a shampoo cause my hair to fall out like that. I would not recommend this to anyone!

i started using this product as well as the conditioner two weeks ago when my hair was doing very well. idk what hair type i have but it’s straight and fine and i have a lot of it- after the first wash, i noticed it felt slightly dull and weighed down. but i thought it was normal because i was on vacation. throughout the week my hair was frizzy, but i was at the beach so i didn’t think anything of it. when i came home, i continued to use the shampoo and conditioner 2-3 times as needed and it just left my hair feeling fragile at the ends, and weighed down at the roots with some sort of coating. when i was using this product i did notice it felt like a hair mask and i couldn’t fully wash it out. i wash with baking soda one every 2 weeks and i double shampoo every time i wash my hair and stick it didn’t do a thing. i do not recommend this product. idk if this just happened to me but i hate it!

The shampoo dispenser does not pump well at all find an alternative please

Recently I tested ,to say the least I switched my house hold to there stuff works better and better price by a long shot , you can tell difference in the hair literly after just 1st use .

I am an ingredient freak when it comes to hair products. The simpler the ingredient list, the better! So when I saw that Native has only 11 ingredients, I just had to try it out. I love all the ingredients... they're all gentle and hydrating. And the shampoo lathers like no other. I've never tried a shampoo that lathers that well. But here's the down side... since it lathers well and I massage my scalp well... I assume my hair is clean. But once I dry my hair, I realize that my hair is still oily! And this happened every time I used Native's Shampoos... I've used 2 already. Because the ingredient list is so simple, the shampoo cannot clean your hair enough. You have to double cleanse to get the result of normal shampoos. After giving this shampoo multiple tries, I had to stop because I was tired of having dirty hair after washing it. Some other alternatives from $ to $$$$ are HASK, Amika, Pureology, and Oribe.
