I’m always down for trying more natural products. While I don’t have issues with sleeping, I love sipping on a warm beverage. It tastes really good and adds more calm into my transition from the day into a great sleep! If you’re looking for something calming without melatonin or THC, I think it’s worth trying this out… let me know what you think.

I don’t know if there was a large change in how relaxed I felt, and I would have liked a little bit less of a citrusy flavor. I could barely detect the chamomile. The zesty flavor may have counteracted the calming effects of the rest of the product. I would be willing to try the other flavors though! Easy to follow directions and simple, individual packets were nice!

Powder form that you mix in liquid. It tastes sweet after mixing. Flavor was ok. I slept pretty good after trying. Natrol makes good sleeping supplements like products with melatonin. This product was all natural. Easy to carry around for travel. Recommended safe and natural options for sleep

I’ve been drinking this for 8 days now and I can definitely tell a difference. I drink it around 9pm and usually will fall asleep around 10:30-11pm. Before trying these I would stay up till the am just not able to find sleep. Not only does it help me fall asleep but I feel better in the morning. It isn’t as hard to get out of bed, and I find myself not needing as much coffee or energy drinks. Another plus is the taste, I love lemon favors things and this is excellent. I definitely recommend! I’ve already purchased my second box of stick packs.
