It is a bit pricey, but for good quality ingredients and vitamins I can justify the purchase in the future. My husband and I enjoyed it warm and cold! Taste like iced tea and lemonade mixed! These are mild enough that it takes an entire week to see a difference. In saying that, there are 10 packets in a box, so once the 7-day period is over, you'll need a new box for restart the process.

I thought maybe it was just a one time thing so tried again and same result. Did not help me sleep and made me feel sick. I may just have a different reaction to it than other people but that was my experience from it.

I’m always down for trying more natural products. While I don’t have issues with sleeping, I love sipping on a warm beverage.
