I love that they also contain thighs like lemon balm, lavender etc they really help the melatonin kick in and work wonderfully. They taste great as well, easy to chew, and no weird aftertaste. I wake definitely wake up feeling refreshed and not groggy like some other melatonin products I've tried in the past. Taking NATROL sleep and restore has helped me get a good night sleep and surprisingly I was up feeling g more refreshed than when I was not taking them. I usually wake up tired and I don’t feel like I need instant caffeine upon waking. I definitely will add this to my sleeping routine.
