They taste great as well, easy to chew, and no weird aftertaste. I wake definitely wake up feeling refreshed and not groggy like some other melatonin products I've tried in the past. Taking NATROL sleep and restore has helped me get a good night sleep and surprisingly I was up feeling g more refreshed than when I was not taking them. I usually wake up tired and I don’t feel like I need instant caffeine upon waking. I definitely will add this to my sleeping routine.

I took it and fell asleep fine, but the weirdest thing happened—I woke up the same time each night in the middle of the night—within an hour each night. I’m not sure if it was the gummy or my brain. It tastes great and isn’t too sweet. I’m not sure if the sugar in the gummy was possibly causing me to wake up?

I had of course to research what GABA means. It is the shortening to gamma-aminobutyric acid. GABA is a neurotransmitter in the brain, it helps to reduce nerve signals leading to calming effect. It also regulates stress, anxiety and sleep. This is an interesting mixture and I could feel the effects of GABA after few nights using. I took 2 gummies like 30 minutes before sleep and sure felt asleep pretty fast. Also I have major anxiety to add to my insomnia. And I can honestly say that it helps with stress and anxiety. I am much calmer and relaxed because I can finally sleep more than 4-5 hours a night. Also the gummies taste like cherry 🍒! Would totally recommend trying the NATROL Sleep & Restore Gummies.

I’m big on taking melatonin before bed and 5 mg is usually the exact kind I take. These sleep gummies are great because not only are they for helping you sleep but also are healthy for you offering magnesium support. I noticed how calm and relaxed I felt after taking one before bed, it helped me fall asleep and stay asleep. Flavor wise these are great, they taste like a cherry flavor. Texture wise they aren’t too chewy just the right amount of chew for a gummy.

Mid night awakening is not common for me at all. For this reason I would not recommend this product. The taste and texture are not the best as well. I think there are better options on the market within the same price range.
