[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take melatonin regularly. In the winter, I drink chamomile at night to help sleep. I didn't find these to have any type of extra or helpful effect, but that could be because I already have a pretty good sleep routine.

I tired taking this supplement near bedtime but I find it better to give it more time to work so I fall asleep faster. I now have started taking it after dinner so I am nice and sleepy after my shower.

I’ve transitioned to only using this product before bed and I sleep well and don’t wake up in the middle of the night. Only complaint is I can’t find it anywhere to get more.

I appreciate feeling a bit more at ease though when it was time to wind down for the night. If that’s more of an issue than actually getting to sleep these will still be good for you.

I wanted something that I could take to help me stay asleep with feeling like I had a hangover the next morning. The best part for me is that I am very sensitive to smells and this has no scent.

These capsules didn’t give me ANY of those feelings. I naturally was lulled to sleep and then woke up refreshed and quite soothed.

It helped me relax while letting me get a good night sleep. The biggest difference was waking up the next morning with no brain fog or tiredness.

These capsules help with sleep and more importantly don't leaving me drowsy when I wake up. I usually get up the next morning feeling relaxed. Will continue to use them.
