These are coated in sugar granules and the sugar keeps me up half the night, even when I wipe the granules off. I'm so disappointed because the powder works great.

Used to always purchase the raspberry-lemon gummies, but the formula was changed for the worse. the sugar does not stay on the outside at all. They also taste horrible - like another reviewer stated - like candle wax. They taste really gummy. But I will say the orange flavor is much better, more like the old formula.

Tried these as an alternative to OTC Sleeping meds, or Melatonin, and just one gummy upset my stomach so badly I could hardly fall asleep. It's a shame because they taste great.
