I’m seeing a lot of reviews talking about helping them sleep? I thought that was Melatonin lol I’ve bought this brand in the powder in the past and I instantly felt calm 😌 I’m giving these a try and I’ll share an updated review. The reason for the 4 stars is that when I first tasted them, they tasted like old shelf storage. If they work, I don’t mind the taste.

Spoiler Alert…There are none! These gummies do absolutely nothing to relax you and help you sleep. A total waste of money and a gimmick!! Kept me up all night (again!). (But with gas pain!) Do not recommend at all!!!

This can make me feel calmer in a few hours after taking. I take half a dose because too much can make you very sleepy. I recommend for exam anxiety 👍

Very expensive & texture is very waxy. The orange Calm magnesium gummies had a much better texture.

This is the highest price per serving on this product I've ever seen. Other retailers sell 240 of these for close to this price.

Gotten this before and this jar is half the size. 4 gummies per dose, so only 15 doses in here for this high price. VERY disappointed and have learned to read the label before I buy again.

This stuff put be down so deep!! Took a few hrs for it to take effect but once it did I felt SOOO relaxed and knocked me out! Had such a great sleep. Loved it!

I did actually think these helped me achieve more of calm vibe but…. One thing it didn’t “calm” was my bowels. I was wondering why I kept having to go to the bathroom…. The form of magnesium in this is magnesium citrate which is a laxative. Use with caution. 😬

The taste is ok, but they are very sticky. These helped me sleep throughout the whole night, but didn’t help me fall asleep quickly. I would also feel very sleepy during the next day. These personally just didn’t work very well for me, and they’re a bit pricey.

They helped with my insomnia but they kinda taste like how I would imagine playdough tastes. Not the worse medication/vitamin gummy I’ve ever had but not the best. Will continue to take it because I’m finally being able to sleep. Also I will say 2 gummies does it for me, I would start low and work up if needed. I was also not drowsy the next day like many other sleep aids.
