[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I swear by this Umcka product for aborting and/or minimizing symptoms and the duration of those symptoms with any type of cold, bronchitis, upper and lower respiratory illnesses. If I take this at the start or the first couple of days of symptoms the symptoms either never get to the full blown stage OR the symptoms are minimized and duration shortened. It is the ingredient which is from a medicinal plant called Pelargonium sidoides which is what shortens the duration and reduces severity of upper respiratory symptoms. I find it also helps with the bronchial symptoms as well like coughing. It has a pleasant cherry flavor that does not offend me or anyone in my family when we are feeling ill. Good medicine here that works in my experience. Have been using it for a few years now!

We had her tested for other ailments and the doctor said it was a cold and to treat it like such, so I thought we'd try this syrup. My kids were sick and i gave it to them and saw no improvement at all.
