My son sometimes doesn't like when I make his pancakes with whole wheat flour because he says they're gritty. But this one is so fine he ate them all up! Will definitely be repurchasing.

I love this flour as you can fortify your regular baking with high quality organic whole wheat. With that being said, I have never been able to make a perfect boule of bread. . . . until this flour. I did get a sample to try for my opinion, and this is no lie. I finally made a perfect boule, and I couldn't be happier! I only buy organic flour, so I was super excited to try it. My only worry is that I won't be able to find it in the stores in my small town. If you see it, get it!

It was much easier to use that when i made bread using bleached all all purpose flour. Im sure you can experiment with this and try baking other things but I would recommend this for bread more than anything.

What I've learned over the years is the key to a quality dough is using the best flour. I like to blend unbleached all purpose, bread flour, and whole wheat to add nutrition, bite, and get the right texture. Nature's Path Whole Wheat Flour contains organic milled stone ground red wheat and adds everything I want into the flour, while offering a bit more fiber and protein compared to other brands (so no need for me to add any other flours else when I'm baking!). It is perfect for bread, muffins, pancakes, and much more! I highly recommend this product to my family and friends!
