Description
Neosporin + Pain Relief Dual Action Antibiotic Ointment provides 24-hour infection protection and helps soothe painful minor cuts, scrapes and burns. Formulated for first aid wound care, the antibiotic ointment contains bacitracin zinc, neomycin sulfate and polymyxin B sulfate to help fight infection for 24 hours. The first aid topical ointment is also formulated with pramoxine hydrochloride to help soothe and reduce pain from minor wounds for maximum-strength relief. Works as Neosporin. I don't think it makes it less
Works fine as normal Neosporin, helps heals cuts, but I'm not sure I noticed any pain relief affect when using it, and my pharmacist said it's mostly useless in that area.

Want to ward off infection?

There’s no weird scent kinda has a greasy texture but it protects my cut not expensive at all. Good deal for any scrap or bump you may have doesn’t burn when you apply it either

Perfect
Anytime I get a little cut, scrape, or burn, I reach for this and it always helps it heal faster and keeps it from getting infected. It goes on super smooth, doesn’t sting, and you can tell it’s doing its job. Heals fast.
Definitely got in a fight with an avocado and the avocado one cause he brought a knife to the fight. Ended up having to get stitches and used the Neosporin daily to help it heal a week and a half later and this is where we’re at.

Not the best choice
I keep having a reaction to this and find using lidocaine separate from my antibiotic ointment or cream a better option. I was hopeful that this would be a good solution especially for my child who keep getting boo boos

Keep infections away- use neosporin
When the kids were younger, we used a lot of neosporin for their mishaps. It works well to keep infection away. Just a pea sized amount will do wonders. One tube lasts a while. Much less expensive than a doctor visit! You get a lot of medicine from one package. It’s unscented.

Works great but a little oily
This product is super helpful with cuts, scrapes, and burns. It works pretty well, and you don't have to use a lot each time, so you get a long use out of your purchase. However, it is a bit oily for my taste and, if I put too much, it'll feel out from underneath my band-aid.

Everyone needs this in their FirstAid Kit
My family has always trusted and relied on Neosporin first aid onitment for our minor injuries. One tube contains both pain relief and infection fighting ingredients. It is available in every different size you would need from single use applications to very large injury sized and you can find it at convenience stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, online as well as department stores. I would have to say this is just a good "overall" product, that most everyone i know knows what it is and why it is used. Good Job Neosporin!
