These measured out Nespresso pods provide the perfect cup with no mess. I like my coffee full bodied and on the strong side so I get a robust flavor every time like a professional barista! It is such a strong flavored espresso, and instantly fills the room with its scent as soon as it starts brewing. This capsule makes the perfect iced latte! It’s smooth and creamy, with bold crema. Nothing harsh, and no bitterness (to me). I highly recommend trying this double espresso capsule!

Great detail and finish with the printed, colored foil packaging, and the aroma and flavor of the Double Espresso Scuro is bold, nutty, cocoa-like and very rich for an add-in or on its own. The Nespresso system creates a great crema in-cup for the best finishing touch on a home made brew!

The flavor is intense, but not too bitter or burnt like some other dark coffees I’ve tried. There’s this nice balance of cocoa and toasted notes that gives it depth without being overpowering. The crema on top is thick and velvety, which makes the experience feel a little more luxurious, especially when I need a strong pick-me-up. What I like most is that it’s a double espresso, so I get more volume than a regular shot without sacrificing flavor. It’s great when I don’t have time to make a full cup but still want something strong and satisfying. If you like your coffee dark, bold, and full-bodied, but still smooth, I’d definitely recommend giving Double Espresso Scuro a try. It’s a staple in my rotation now.

It is definitely on the bitter side, but since I usually drink my coffee black with no sugar, I didn’t mind that at all. The double espresso makes a nice amount—more than a typical espresso shot, but still strong and concentrated. A solid pick if you like your coffee dark and full-bodied. As always Nespresso’s packaging is minimal and useful. Plus, their recycling program helps reduce the mount of waste created.

The Scuro flavor is a dark delicious blend of espresso with a hint of smokiness. The nespresso always has a beautiful layer of crema on top which looks good and tastes great. It’s extremely convenient to just pop a capsule in and a few minutes later you have a stunning double espresso with a thick crema. This flavor is great if you are looking for a dark, rich double espresso.

It’s smooth & has a great flavor profile. The packaging is always great & I rarely have had dents in my pods. You can also recycle the pods! I use the brewed grounds in my garden, too.

Every cup always tastes premium and fresh, and never bitter or watery. The capsules make it so easy to make coffee without having a big production going before my morning cup. I love a double espresso as a pick-me-up in the afternoon and the Scuro capsule is delicious. It’s dark with a deep, rich flavor. The crema foam that tops every cup is my favorite part and makes the experience truly feel like a premium coffee shop.

To get these gorgeous layers in a 30-second brew is amazing. I like the darker roast of the Scuro capsules because I like to make cappuccinos and iced coffees, but I don’t want to sacrifice that espresso flavor when adding milk.
