Really not luxurious in the way it feels. It’s hard to lock/unlock and just feels pretty cheap. The frother also is HORRIBLE. It doesn’t heat the milk enough and if you leave the milk in long enough to get hot then there is soo much foam. I wish I didn’t buy this!

I’ve been looking at espresso machines for months. I was leery at first to get a machine with pods and was looking at the larger, more expensive machines. I was talked in to this machine by several people at work and I’m so glad I did. It makes the perfect cup of espresso every time and it’s quick and easy when you’re just trying to get out the door in the morning. No tamping your grounds and messing that up. And the milk frother is a must have as well. I look forward to my latte now every morning. And this machine does coffee pods as well, which I didn’t realize at first. The pods seem pricey, but is still significantly cheaper than buying a coffee from Starbees.

I absolutely love my Nespresso Vertuo Pop+! Both the machine and the frother have an iced coffee version and as a person who is primarily a iced coffee drinker, they have some of the best. Their iced coffee never tastes watered down. I also have a small kitchen so it fits perfectly on my countertops! I love the variety of coffee that you can make with it and the taste is some of the best I've ever had. If you are on the fence about a new coffee machine, Nespresso's are definitely the way to go!

Machine stopped working after 10 months. All it does is blink red and I can’t even connect to WiFi it only connects to the weak wifi which the new routers don’t have. I called customer services and they told me to leave it unplugged overnight and to call back tomorrow I was on hold for an hour the next day and they never answered. Useless machine and I had just bought pods and then it stops working. It won’t even let me descale or reset all it does is blink red.
