(My bias is toward DARKER chocolate) Eating straight from bag: Lovely smooth consistency in the mouth. BUT, at 53% cacao, there's a bit more sugar taste than chocolate than I'd like (you know, that mouth-filling darker flavor). As a recipe ingredient: Definitely good for chocolate chip cookies. Cost: good value, especially with food costs going up (September 2022).
