I have used the oil free fragrance free moistuRizer for over 20 years. Best product on market. It would sell out always. Then company discontinued and replaced with this. I am now speaking with dr for a new moisturizer. Obviously the company does not care about their loyal customers

I ordered a tube in December 2024 and loved it, so obviously I reordered when it was empty. After one use of the 2nd tube, my face looks like a tomato and I want to scratch my skin off! When and why did they change the formula? So annoyed!

I don't eVen have sensitive skin and this moisturizer burns the heck out of it. It was slightly tingly the first time and I thought nothing of it. Days two and three burned so bad and caused redness across my face.... It hurt so bad! Again, I do not have very sensitive skin at all! I've never had a moisturizer burn me like this before. Do not recommend.

When will neutrogena listen To your customers?? Many reviews state it burns and causes redness. Why haven't you addressed THis concern? Used the original oil free, oil free with spf15 and sensitive skin for decades with no issues and you discontinued those and now have these issues. Not happy!

I've spent years searching for a moisturizer that i didn't react to (i've been to mayo clinic for allergy tests and tried so many products) and loved the daily moisturizer for sensitive/reactive skin! my esthetician commented on the hydration and softness and asked what i was using. now they changed the formula and my skin feels dry/flaky and sometimes itchy. this is the only thing i have changed. i'm soooo sad :( whenever i find a good product companies always change the formula and i almost stocked up just knowing this. too late.

Only positive here is that i like the consistency of the formula. Its smooth and not too thick. I Really wish neutrogena hadn’t discontinued the “oil-free moisture for sensitive skin” a couple years ago. It was the only moisturizer that seemed to work for my skin. I’d been using drug store versions which have been great, but now they are ditching those as well. Tried this and after just a couple days my face broke out in a way that it hasn’t for literal years. I can’t pinpoint what ingredient caused it, but i will not be continuing use. For a company that should care about skincare, they should not be abandoning products that so many rely on. Bring it back!

Not sure what’s with all the bad reviews but this is by far the best day moisturizer I’ve ever found. I have very sensitive skin and everything either clogs my pores or irritates my skin and this moisturizer is very gentle and very hydrating. The price point is also great and I’m really glad I finally found a moisturizer that works for me

i bought this lotion to replace my tube that i COULDN'T find. This lotion burned my face. Not a little tingle, but burned and dried out my skin super bad. I was embarrassed to have to go to work like this, i do not have sensitive skin and have never had a reaction before To anything ive put on my face. I actually had patches where it looks like a layer of skin is gone…. because it is. My entire face is flaking and i have to cover my entire face in ointment until it heals.

I BOUGHT this prod thinking it would be good for my sensitive skin. This moistuRizer. Contains alcohol. My face was on fire and Inflamed and a rash. Why do companies try to hide fragrances with other fragrances? This company & other COMPANies need to be mindful of those who have sensitive reactive skin. I’m over it!!
