This product is a good tool when removing stubborn makeup. Gentle on face, packaging is simple. Melts that tough waterproof makeup right off. No scent. Just put a small amount in your hands and work it into your face, grab a wash cloth, and wipe it right off. It is so simple yet extremely effective. Highly recommend!

I recently bought this balm, usually I would just wash my face off to remove the makeup but even after washing you can still feel some specs of makeup on the face near the eyes. By using this balm, it just removes all the tiny particles from the skin. Its very smooth, melts the makeup away, prepares the skin for night time routine since I use it at the end of the day.

I enjoyed using this product and have no qualms with it, it smells like nothing and works effectively. I did however notice it's the same price as another version double its size and that makes me less interested in buying it. With that information I do find I wouldn't want to buy this again due to the price to size ratio but otherwise it works well

This cleansing balm has high reviews and I don't understand why. It's super thick and waxy, even adding water and emulsifying and rinsing off, it leaves behind a waxy film on your skin. Even doing a double cleanse it leaves behind a waxy film. Because its so thick its a little more work to spread it over your skin. It leaves a film in your eyes if you use it to remove makeup. Its nice that its unscented but thats about it, in my opinion. Clinique take the day off is a million times better, as is farmacy green clean and banila co clean it zero. Not a fan of the neutrogena version.

I tried to save money by getting a cheaper product garni.. and it was AWFUL. Didn't work, irritated my eyes BIG TIME, etc. So I learned my lesson about straying from Neutrogena. :>)

As someone who has sensitive skin and wears face and eye makeup daily, a product that won’t irritate my skin is very important. I like how it melts my foundation, mascara and powders so quick. Easy to rinse and not drying.

This is my first attempt to try cleaning balms and I do not like them. This one is fragrance free but it has a very waxy scent. It lathers well but I don’t feel like it clears my pores at all. Probably the last ball I try. I prefer liquid face washes
