I used to love this sunscreen but they must have changed the formula when they changed the packaging. It is terrible and burns all our eyes when water mixes with the sunscreen. Everyone on our vacation complained about the same thing happening.

They must have changed the formula for the better! I keep switching sunblocks trying to find just the right one, great coverage/SPF, but non greasy. It's nearly impossible. I have not used this Neutrogena sunblock in over a year, and thought I would try it again because everything else is leaving me greasy. This one is for the win. Does what it says, Dry Touch. Neutogena Ultra Sheer is one of my favourite daily sunscreens. It doesn’t leave any white cast after application or irritate my sensitive skin. It has a satiny-matte finish so it works great as a base under makeup, but does take some off after I reapply throughout the day. Has a very mild lotion-y smell, but not fragrance-y either. Overall, I love this sunscreen and the higher spf value as well!

I LOVE this sunscreen, great price and deals + VERY effective and no white cast AT ALL. There is a sunscreen smell but thats to be expected. Everywhere I put this I did not get burnt at all, the places I did not use this got burnt. Ive recommended this multiple times since trying it for the first time.

This sunscreen is great! A generous large squeezable tube, with a twist off cap. It smells like normal sunscreen, but not overwhelming. The consistency is thick so use smaller amounts to cover your face. Absorbs well and dries down to a more matte-like finish. After it dries, I then apply my liquid foundation makeup! It’s literally my last step in skincare

I've been using a different chemical SPF 50 sunscreen for a while, but we just moved and I've been spending a lot more time outside, and ended up with a weird sunburn in the middle of my forehead. I looked for a 100 SPF sunscreen at Target and couldn't find one, so I grabbed this one for the time being. The first time I used it, it was burning my eyes - it wasn't as horrible as some I've tried, but it was enough to be bothersome the entire time I had it on. The next day, I used my old SPF 50 around my eyes, and then applied this one all over the rest of my face and neck. We went to a comedy club that afternoon and, a couple of hours in, I went to the bathroom. While washing my hands, I noticed white patches on my face. I looked up close and realized it was the sunscreen. I was so embarrassed. I asked my friend (who I haven't seen in a while) why she didn't tell me, and she said she felt bad cause she thought it was some kind of skin condition. >.< It never even occurred to me to check for a cast, since this is a chemical sunscreen. Neutrogena is a good brand and I'm sure this sunscreen is effective, but with the eye burning and white cast, I cannot wear or recommend it.
