Q: When we charge it, I make sure the power switch is in the “off” position but it still makes engine rev noises and I can’t figure out how to make it stop. Is this supposed to happen or is it defective?

Q: Can you remove the lithium battery from the car for airplane travel?

A: Hello, Since the battery is glued to the circuit board and connected inside, there is no need to remove the battery from the car when taking on a plane. Only if it was one of our green external packs, you would need to separate it from the vehicle. We do not recommend removing the internal battery at all. New Bright Customer Service

Needs a better battery
