Warehouse damaged the gift!
The car is nice, but whoever packed it at the warehouse damaged the box. Giving as a gift and can't give them this. The side mirror looks bent. Never took it out of packaging.

Poor battery
Worked for 25 minutes. Put it on the charger and it hasn’t worked since. Don’t waste your money. I have a very sad little brother now. Warranty repair will take 6-8 weeks if I can find the purchase receipt to send it in.

It sounds like you just need to resync the remote to the vehicle. Place the toy upside down and leave it in the OFF position for the moment. Once you turn the toy on it is only in sync mode for approx. 30 seconds. Remove the batteries from the controller and put them back in. This resets it. Now when you are ready with controller in hand turn on the vehicle and immediately PUSH & HOLD the left joystick forward. DO NOT let go as it may take several seconds for connection to occur. Once it makes connection the rear wheels will spin. If you are still having trouble with our product. Please contact our customer service when you get a chance.
