[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The NextGen blue tooth spider cross resistant s bands are a great work out. The Bluetooth allows you to connect to your smart device so you can keep track of your workouts. Great for arms, legs and a whole body work out! I use mostly to keep my arms trimmed and ready for summer! Great quality and product!

Cool Features...Limited functionality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the connected aspect of this resistance band so I can track my activity on my mobile devices. I question how functional the spider bands are as I can only think about arm workouts with it...and even the recommended exercises within the app only show 4 workouts...after that, what else should I do? I think there is something here to feel more excited about specific workouts, but I am not sure there is enough to be excited about.

Counts reps well, heart rate is off
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Netgen Bluetooth Spider Cross Resistance Band because I am desperately needing to get some exercise and I don't have very much room for exercise equipment. It was easy to charge and pair with the App on my Samsung Galaxy phone. I wish there was a way to adjust the resistance. There are some good exercises to do in the instruction manual. It kept track of my reps perfectly. It said my heart rate was consistently about 20 beats below what my fitbit was saying. As long as it counts reps and keeps track of my exercises and time using it, I am happy with it.

It's easy to use, I can connect it to my phone and and track my workouts, heart rate and the calories I've burned. This good to have since I don't go to the gym, I'm able to do lots of workouts that target upper, mid and lower body. I recommend this product.

The wi-fi enablement has offered a fun way to connect this workout tool to technology. It was easy to use and set up. I would suggest this product to me friends, and it would make a great gift to other fitness minded friends and family.

Great work-from-home exercise
