They gave me the wrong controller it’s not the one in the picture

This is one of the most comfortable controllers out there. The built in battery saves you the hassle of having to always needing to have AA batteries on hand. Great quality as you would expect from Nintendo. This is the second one I have now. I purchased during the Black Friday sales.

Was a bit hesitant to get this with the reviews talking about drift but the one I got was perfectly fine and makes playing the switch a lot more enjoyable versus the joy cons

Very easy to use. No issues with it. Easily pick this over the joy-cons.

I bought this thinking I'd get the hang of the buttons since I play my regular Switch Lite/Oled on the regular; thinking it'd be easier to play for on my PC, but honestly, I preferred my X-box controller for PC. It's just a lot smoother, and even though I don't like the configurations, this pro controller feels very stiff and harder to manage for me. It also has a lag on PC, not sure if it's my actual laptop or the fact I'm using this new controller. Honestly, I would return it, but I love these types of gadgets & maybe it would work best with games that aren't so active? I really don't get it, maybe someone else has the answer. For me, I just feel for PC, my X-box controller was just fine after all and this pro controller Nintendo is really not necessary. Since I have the usb cable now, I'm going to try to configure my X-box button controls to what I want and see if it takes.

This controller is terrible. I’ve only had it two months and I’ve had constant issues. It disconnects frequently in the middle of game play. It has major drift issues with both the L and R joy stick that cause both my character and the screen to constantly move and I have to fight against. I’ve tried everything to stop it and nothing work. It’s also just really uncomfortable to hold. Very disappointing

It has a very nice feeling to it, the plastic that is made of has a very good quality that provides a good grip and feeling while playing. Idk if it’s worth the price but if you can afford it go ahead, if not, you’re not missing much.

The battery life is awesome. The built quality is a little bit cheap, but it's definitely the best controller for Switch.

Great investment! It’s been a few months since I bought it. I only use occasionally when I’m playing on the big screen and when I’m playing co-op at home. No issues so far! It fits great in my hands, very ergonomic! It also holds a charge well.

Drifts upon first use. $75 for a dysfunctional controller. Will be returning immediately.

I bought this specifically for Fortnite. I noticed with the joy-cons in the controller grip (pictured on bottom) that after a while that triggers weren’t working, my movement was lagging, and I could barely play the game anymore. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the joy cons, recalibrating them, making sure they were fully charged, but nothing worked. I started doing some research and saw mixed reviews on this product, but wanted a controller by Nintendo to hopefully avoid any connection/function issues that can happen with knock offs. Let me just say, I hit the jackpot with this one! Everything moves so freely and it honestly just feels great to use. There is absolutely no lag or drifting in the game anymore, and the triggers/buttons work exactly how they’re supposed to. As an added bonus, it had enough charge out of the box that I’m just now charging it for the first time, a week after getting it. Can’t recommend this controller enough! If you’re on the fence and are scared of the mixed reviews, take the gamble anyway. It’s worth it.

This is an overall fantastic controller! Fits very comfortably in your hand. Enjoy using it on occasion over the joy cons, especially when playing with the big screen. While it is a little pricey (Nintendo for ya!) I highly recommend the investment if you enjoy playing all types of Switch games.

At first I wasn’t a fan because I wasn’t used to it but now it’s all i do. Very comfortable and shape to my hands. Long lasting battery. Makes playing zelda so much better

I didn't believe all the bad reviews about the drift but it's real. It's frustrating when it's constantly shifting right.

We like this controller better than the joy cons. These are easier to use especially for young kids.

Great quality controller!

My daughter wanted this to go with her new Switch. It makes for playing the Switch different than just holding the device. The Switch device has a kickstand on it so holding the controller and watching the Switch device is a different way to play. Also it allows to play on the tv. Just an easier option to play without playing on the actual Switch. The controller works very well. It connects easily. The wireless is great and the charge is for days!

Left joystick broke the first day we used it. Now we have to ship it to Nintendo for repair. I’ve had Nintendo systems since the 1990’s and have never experienced such poor quality. Waste of time and money.

Came out of box with stick drift, and the buttons feel loose
