If you're going to say "Built for Switch" on the box, you have to live up to Nintendo's promise that you "just work" for normal people. This does not work. None of the normal pairing techniques work, their instructions and website are badly translated garbage that don't help.

Squeaky buttons from heck
It works but the buttons squeak like no tomorrow. There’s no real way to fix it even with sending it in under warranty unless you open it up and mess with the buttons voiding your warranty!

Switch, PC, won't drift
Works well. Four different modes for different systems (Switch, Windows, Phone, Generic). Sticks won't "drift" (appear off-center even when centered) over time, circular accuracy is near-perfect. Try using no-deadzone mode (Hold center Settings button and press Screenshot once), your character and camera still won't move if you're not pressing the sticks. Analog trigger function only works in Windows mode. Is just a button in every other mode. The amiibo functionality is mostly good, but maybe a little weak in reception; the only amiibo that doesn't work for me is a Super Nintendo World Power-Up Band. (Note: amiibo reading/writing only works in Switch mode, on an actual Nintendo Switch.) Still good controller. Worth using for anything but fighting games and precision 2D platformers. (Microswitch D-pads or fightsticks are better for those kinds of games.) Disclaimer: The controller I have is a "Kingkong 2 Pro"; the Zen Pro is the exact same controller and model number, but packaged for physical retail.

Works Beautifully but difficult to set up
Bought this controller for my mother who loves playing racing games with me. She loves it and I have played with it some and it feels and works like a dream. The only issue is that it has so many different uses that it can be difficult to pair and turn on. This is definitely not a good controller for a little kid or someone who isn't good with technology. Perfect for a techy mom or a seasoned gmaer since it can connect to multiple kinds of devices.

I don't know much about controllers but I've had this one for a few months it's worked great and feels good too! I use it on the switch, wireless, but after a while some of the buttons did squeak BUT the squeaking went away

Avoid - buttons stop working correctly after a very short period
Everything feels great about this controller, but the major problem with it is that the front face buttons will start to go out very quickly. I have went through two of these and both of them started having issues with the front facing buttons after an hour or two of gameplay. It's extremely disappointing because this controller would be great as it works for Switch, PC and for Android phones.

Broken Controller. Bought Twice.
Fantastic controller to use within the first month, but after extensive use the top right trigger, the ZR button, sticks and makes the controllers impossible to use. Had this happen to me twice, once with replacing the controller, and I got the same result and situation. Do not recommend.

Disappointed
The pad itself feels solid and you difference with the drift is 100% noticeable. Unfortunately quality control seems to be a big issue. Two of my buttons stopped only after a few weeks of very light use. They stay toggled after being pressed down and no other buttons are having that issue. I tested other controllers to see if there was a driver issue but could not replicate the issue. I also tried switching between modes and resetting everything, but nothing fixed it. If you can manage to get a controller without QC issues, it might be worth the purchase but its very risky from the experiences i've been seeing.
