It is recommended to take around three, but I would usually take two. You can take this when you eat breakfast. After about three days and noticed a difference in my body, I feel super energized. I’m ready to tackle anything that is handed my way. I like the bottle as it is easy to open and the packaging is really nice, having all the information on the label. I can’t wait until I run out, so I can try more out!

While it is difficult to directly attach a cause (taking the supplement) and an a effect (a desired outcome), I can say that my body hasn't had any digestive issues wirh this product. It seems to work at least as good as my current brand. I'm sleeping well, no night time leg cramps and my muscle recovery from running and strength training is on point. Give Nordic Naturals a look!

I live in Northern California and Nordic Naturals is a local brand, manufactured in the US in Watsonville, CA. These taste very neutral and go down easily for large pills, which most magnesium supplements are. This is helpful for sleep health. I didn't rate higher because I prefer Trader Joe's magnesium which is twice as potent in only 2 pills, and also contains calcium and zinc.
